Welcome to Michigan Program Highlights for Parents and Family Members

Your time. Your place. Your Michigan.

The Welcome to Michigan Program consists of over 200 events that offer something for everyone—even parents and family members! Your student will receive a detailed program of events when they move into their residence hall or can pick one up at one of the Campus Information Centers if they live off campus.

If you will be in Ann Arbor helping your student move in, we invite you to attend the events featured below. For a complete list of all events and descriptions offered to your student, visit UM*Events.
