As a new degree-seeking international student, you are required to complete orientation to aid in your transition to the University of Michigan.

If you are an F-1 or J-1 student, you may have additional steps to take prior to or once you are on campus as required by the International Center. Please be sure to check your U-M email regularly for more information on any additional requirements.

Spring, Summer, and Fall Admits

After you have been admitted to U-M and paid the $300 enrollment deposit, please follow the orientation steps for First-Year Students or Transfer Students.
