Mentorship Program Student Coordinators
The mentorship program student coordinator role is a paid position for the fall and winter terms. Student coordinators oversee peer core groups, guiding eight to 10 peer mentors as they support their assigned mentees. They also help plan program-wide events, draft newsletters, and assist with key program tasks like evaluation and hiring. In this role, they ensure that every mentee and mentor has a meaningful and connected experience.
MPSCs work approximately eight hours/week. Only undergraduate students at the University of Michigan who have previously served as a UMP peer mentor will be considered. Read the full MPSC job description to see if this role is the right fit for you.
