Student coordinators oversee peer core groups, guiding six to seven peer mentors as they support their assigned mentees. They also help plan program-wide events, draft newsletters, and assist with key program tasks like evaluation and hiring. In this role, they ensure that every mentee and mentor has a meaningful and connected experience.
