Transfer Connections Peer Mentors (TCPMs)

TCPMs are undergraduate students who are matched with a group of transfer students and provide individualized support as they adjust to college life at U-M. They lead one-on-one and group check-in meetings, help plan and facilitate events, and guide mentees in areas such as academics, social life, and campus resources. This role allows TCPMs to build leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on the transfer experience.
